Mcguyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI) is pleased to announce the land acquisition responsibilities have been appointed to the local level for the San Antonio market.

Mark Biddison, Project Manager/ San Antonio, will now directly spearhead land acquisition for MHI in San Antonio.

"This new approach will allow us to respond to the market more quickly," according to Dennis Werner, Division President, San Antonio/Austin Division.

"Over the years, MHI has been successful by forging relationships with developers and land brokers. The ability to have Biddison in-tune with their needs allows us to be more successful in our efforts to grow the market." added Werner.

Biddison's industry experience and his local knowledge make him a sold choice for MHI. He will be heavily involved in market analysis and determining viability for future land positions and locations.

A native San Antonian, Biddison began his career with MHI in 1993 as the first locally hired employee serving as Construction Manager.

Working his way up through the ranks, Biddison was promoted to Lead Construction Manager in 1996. In 1999, Biddison began serving as Project Manager overseeing the sales and construction staff.
