McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI) set a company winning record this year. The builder took home seven out of thirteen PRISM awards for product and interior merchandising, the most by any builder. All three of MHI's brands, Coventry, Plantation and Pioneer Homes, were winners.

The Professional Results In Sales and Marketing (PRISM) awards ceremony is an annual event sponsored by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

The GHBA awarded MHI with one of its highest honors Grand Award the Year for Merchandising. MHI distinguished itself
from other builders by receiving the highest cumulative points in the categories of interior design and product design. This is the second year MHI has received this grand award.

In addition all three of MHI's brands (Coventry, Plantation and Pioneer Homes) were recognized with awards. The categories include Product Design and Interioir Design, both of which are based on sales price categories.

The Product Design awards are judge on overall design, attention to detail, scale, balance, function, style, value and sales results. Judges focus on the use of color, texture, interior space, furniture, accessories, windows, and wall treatments for the Interior Design awards.

Both Product Design and Interior Design awards went to Coventry Homes. This brand of MHI represents a collection of homes priced from the $170's to $560's that feature many more custom details.

Coventry Design 6832 Magnolia Creek stole the Product Design award while Design 6830 in Canyon Gate at Park Lakes took the Interior Design award.

Plantation Homes received awards for both Product Design and Interior Design as well. This brand of MHI is found in many master-planned communities with homes priced from the $150's to $320's. The Melrose VII floorplan in Fall Creek and Stabler VII floorplan in Villages of Northpointe won for Product Design. The Stabler VII floorplan in Villages of Northpointe also won for Interior Design.

Last but not the least, Pioneer homes took home a Product Design award for the Chaucer II floorplan in Lakes of Pine Forest. Pioneer Homes are priced from the $110's to $240's and are designed for the changes in your life.
